At Infusiv Tea, your satisfaction matters to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and a great experience with every order.

Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products, all tea items are considered consumables. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of opened tea products.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@infusivtea.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.


If You're Not Satisfied

We understand that trying a new product can be a personal experience.

If you’ve tried our tea and it’s not quite what you expected, please reach out to us. While we are unable to accept returns or refund shipping costs, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis so you can try a different flavor.


Returns for Non-Consumable Items

If your order includes non-consumable items (such as accessories), these may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to an error on our part
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent without tracking

Order Issues & Claims

All claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Orders will be considered accepted after this period.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method
  • Store credit may be issued in place of a refund, depending on the situation
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Policy Abuse

Infusiv Tea reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
